白宮一位高級官員表示，美國正進入一個「決定性十年」，既要面對與中國的競爭，又要面對俄羅斯顛覆國際秩序的企圖，同時還要面對氣候變化、能源、糧食安全、國際恐怖主義和疾病等方面的挑戰。
