美國新冠狀病毒測試仍不易；一般人無病假，付不起醫療費


Congressional Democrats proposed an emergency paid sick leave bill that would immediately guarantee workers 14 days of paid sick leave in the event of a public health emergency (like the one our country is experiencing right now). In news shocking to no one, their efforts were stifled by Senate Republicans, who blocked Democrats’ attempts to speed up the measure for a vote on the Senate floor.

歐盟批評美國的旅行禁令，一名歐盟委員會發言人表示，官員們仍在努力了解美國此舉的範圍和後果，並希望儘快與美國進行磋商。


美國的武漢肺炎確診病例，截至台灣時間12號6點已經突破1200人，死亡有36人。其中紐約州的173例，有108例集中在新羅謝爾市；至於華盛頓州和加州舊金山，今天宣布禁止辦理大型集會活動來對抗武漢肺炎疫情。受到疫情擴大以及減稅措施不確定的打擊，美股三大指數11號跌幅都超過4%，道瓊工業指數更大跌1464點，跌幅來到5.86%。
