三周的臨時支出議案；The Smithsonian Is Using Surplus Funds to Stay Open During the Government Shutdown—For Now

美國參議院和眾議院周一先後投票通過為期三周的臨時支出議案，待總統特朗普簽字生效後，美國聯邦政府將結束部分停擺的狀態，恢復運轉直至2月8日。
The Smithsonian is using surplus fund to bridge the gap until a new budget agreement is reached.
