美國最高法院裁定， 特朗普政府 不能立即結束“夢想者(Dreamers)”計劃 ，“夢想者”指的是幼兒時便被帶入美國境內的年輕無證件移民，在這項計劃保護之下，有大約70萬名年輕移民免遭驅逐出境。



美國最高法院週四否決川普政府取消童年抵美者暫緩遣返（DACA）計劃的決定。這項裁決為總統川普帶來他總統任期內在法律上最重大的挫敗之一，而且目前正值移民問題再次成為選舉年中的首要政治話題。同時，Facebook撤下了川普的競選帖子和廣告，理由是它們違反了該公司反對「有組織仇恨」的政策。
